Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BAF, a product of Barlet Tech LLC. By accessing or using BAF, you agree to these terms.

2. What BAF is

BAF is a business operations platform built around Conversations, Knowledge, Work, and Results. BAF is currently in private development and has not been publicly or commercially released. Features, availability, and these terms may change as BAF continues to be developed.

3. Accounts

Access to BAF is organized around Organizations and Members. An account is created through BAF's own onboarding process by an authorized user. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BAF for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of BAF, or to attempt to circumvent BAF's own consent or security controls, including the SMS consent controls described in the SMS Communications Policy.

5. SMS communications

If you choose to enable SMS notifications, that program is governed by the SMS Communications Policy and the SMS Consent page, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. This document does not restate those rules.

6. Ownership

Barlet Tech LLC owns BAF, including its software and branding. Your Organization retains ownership of the business data it enters into BAF.

7. Service availability

BAF is under active development. Barlet Tech LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific service level while BAF remains in private development.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

BAF is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Barlet Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of BAF.

9. Changes to these terms

Barlet Tech LLC may update these terms as BAF changes.

10. Governing law

OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED - the governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been confirmed and are not stated here.
