1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Baforia, a product of Barlet Tech LLC. By accessing or using Baforia, you agree to these terms.

2. What Baforia is

Baforia is a business operations platform built around Conversations, Knowledge, Work, and Results, developed and operated by Barlet Tech LLC. Features and availability may change as Baforia continues to be developed.

3. Accounts

Access to Baforia is organized around Organizations and Members. An account is created through Baforia's own onboarding process by an authorized user. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Baforia for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of Baforia, or to attempt to circumvent Baforia's own consent or security controls, including the SMS consent controls described in the SMS Communications Policy.

5. SMS communications

If you choose to enable SMS notifications, that program is governed by the SMS Communications Policy and the SMS Consent page, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. This document does not restate those rules.

6. Ownership

Barlet Tech LLC owns Baforia, including its software and branding. Your Organization retains ownership of the business data it enters into Baforia.

7. Service availability

Barlet Tech LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific service level.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Baforia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Barlet Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Baforia.

9. Changes to these terms

Barlet Tech LLC may update these terms as Baforia changes.
